Victoria Ritchie

As Head of the Professional Services Sector, Victoria supports UK Domestic and International accountancy, legal, recruitment and consultancy businesses. Victoria has worked for HSBC since 2017 and has been in the Banking and Finance Industry for over 20 years working with clients across Large Corporate, Mid Markets and SME businesses. In the Financial Sector, she has worked across roles including front line, leadership and leading strategy and change programmes at Head Office. She has also held numerous positions in the Business Services Sector giving her insight into how businesses operate to support today’s HSBC clients. The best part of her current role is working to deepen client relationships and supporting businesses ambitions and goals in the sector. Victoria is a big fan of theatre, arts, dance and travel, while also spending most of any free time running around her nine-year-old football and tennis fanatic son.

Robert has a national mandate to support Business Service clients across:
- Facilities Management
- Freight and Logistics
- Recruitment
- Testing, Inspection, Compliance and Certification
to fund and structure acquisition financing, capital projects, international expansion and IPOs, as well as general banking solutions.
Robert has worked at HSBC for over 21 years across our coverage businesses and Head of Business Management roles, leading strategy and change. During his career Robert has worked directly with corporates across Business Services giving him experience in and a passion for the sector, making him well placed to support Business Services firms with growth ambitions.
